Weekly Mommy Meetups where mom gets to get her sweat on and bring baby too! (no need for sitters!) This program has been designed as a healthy fitness solution for new moms looking to get fit. Workouts are bootcamp/circuit training style and we incorporate baby into the end of class! These classes are women only and anything goes (breastfeeding, diaper changes, snuggles and crying included, hey we are all moms!)
Attending classes twice a week in an 8 week period
Attending classes once a week in a 10 week period.
Drop ins welcome space permitting. Please call or email first to guarantee your spot
